Forensic Nurse is defined by the International Association of Forensic Nurses as a nurse who provides specialized care for patients, both victims and perpetrators of violence. They care for the physical, psychological, and social trauma that occur in patients who have been assaulted or abused.
Aside from examining dead bodies, Forensic Nurses also go to emergency rooms to provide care to patients who seems to be abused.
